FIXED PRICE MANAGEMENT

A written agreement where the Owner agrees to pay Western Form Works a specified amount, for completing a scope of work.

TWO TEIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Western Form Works offers a two-tier approach to design-build project development. This allows our clients the ability to design their project allowing them to make rational business decision at the end of the first Phase whether to proceed with project construction. The Project Analysis includes planning, budget analysis, preliminary project schedule, and conceptual design. The cost of the Project Analysis is typically an agreed to lump sum.

OPEN BOOK

The Open Book Pricing Program also known as Construction Management cost plus fee based services. This program allows you to control the budget by working directly with the Builder and Architect on design and its impact on the budget. You have the opportunity to control the budget in a sophisticated, phase-by-phase over view of the project.
